Tears of joy streamed down my face last night as I watched my childhood dream come true. I have been a Saints fan my entire life and great family memories come to mind when I see that black and gold fleur de lis. Many Sunday afternoons were spent with my family watching our beloved Saints or "Aints", as my Dad used to say, when they couldn't win a game or even go to the playoffs to save their life. Well, those days are OVER! They not only went to the playoffs but won and are marching right into the Big Dance. Here we come Miami.......O, when the Saints, go marching in...... Miami will never be the same after the WHO DAT? NATION visits. The heart of New Orleans is beating strong and NO hurricane can ever destroy that. There is one last thing I would like to say. Brett Favre is Mississippi's football Son and we are all more proud of him than words. This game was tough for those of us that are life long Saint's fans and are also loyal to our hometown boy. Heck, even Brett is a life long Saint's fan unless he is playing them. You, once again, made us proud and proved to all of your haters that you are the best......Mississippi's TEAM just deserved their day in the spotlight more. Keep making us proud, Brett, right on to the Hall of Fame. Now, for me, this is one Super Bowl that the commercials will mean nothing to me.......GEAUX SAINTS!!!!!!

Another year with a great husband and awesome father. We are very lucky to have such a wonderful man in our lives. His sacrifice for our family and our country continue to leave me in awe of him.
God blessed us with another wonderful Christmas and New Years together. Santa was good to all and we are so grateful that Fred's parents were able to spend Christmas with us. We hope you enjoy some pics of our time together.
