bragging time

i usually only post to our blog once a week but i am so proud of christian's accomplishments that i have to brag a little. he is 20 months old and has been humming the abc song since he was 11 months old, in it's entirety. we thought that was cool and his doctor was amazed. now, we are even more amazed that he can recite the whole alphabet and sing the abc song all the way through. he knows his vowels, hundreds of vocabulary words, some of which are in spanish as well and he is making complete sentences when talking to us. ok, i am sure he is not the only child that is at this developmental level for this age but after seeing his doctor for a check up yesterday, she informed me and validated my beliefs that he is way ahead developmentally for his age. having said all of that, i want to say that spending time with your children on a daily basis teaching them new things, pays off!! i am very thankful to my husband for affording me the opportunity to rear my children 24/7. because of this, our children are reaping the benefits and that has been proven at a very early age with christian.

get ready....we will post halloween pics of christian after trick or treating tomorrow night. he is so excited about his costume that i have had to hide it because he wants to wear it all the time.
