2011....bye, bye! Hello, 2012!
I know that I have been terrible at updating our blog this year so I promise to make 2012 better. Just a quick recap of 2011 to catch you up. Christian started Pre-K and is loving it. He is in a phenomenal school and is more than ready for Kindergarten. Freddie is plugging right along doing what is necessary to have things in order to be accepted to the college of his choice while trying to maintain a social life and play sports:-). Emma Kate amazes us everyday. She recently turned one and should be walking very soon. Her smile lights up a room and she has blessed our lives immensely. She truly completes our family. Fred completed a military deployment and is back doing what he does best......passing gas:-). I am, as always, holding down the fort but have also had the privilege of starting my own custom airbrush tanning business. I love making people feel better about themselves while still devoting my time to my main job, being a full time wife/mother. We are looking forward to another blessed year ahead in 2012. Thanks for stopping by and keeping up with our family.

Well said.....
"In the South, the breeze blows softer...neighbors are friendlier, nosier, and more talkative. (By contrast with the Yankee, the Southerner never uses one word when ten or twenty will do)...This is a different place. Our way of thinking is different, as are our ways of seeing, laughing, singing, eating, meeting and parting. Our walk is different, as the old song goes, our talk and our names. Nothing about us is quite the same as in the country to the north and west. What we carry in our memories is different too, and that may explain everything else."
